Enkosi wanted so much to be a Super Hero. He climbed tables, chairs, window bars and everything climbable in his Mumba family home. One day he was stung by a bee whilst in the farm fields of the farm that his family lived at - Oakley Green Farms. Although it didn't hurt, his father, Daddy Chombs, applied some medication for the sting. He went to bed late for his age as usual. Like most nights he dreamt of being a super hero.

1. Sydney and John, curious and adventurous, discover an old watering can and a packet of "Seeds of Kindness" in an empty field. Intrigued, they decide to plant the seeds and see what happens. 2. The two friends spend the afternoon planting the seeds in small holes, watering them with the magical watering can, and eagerly anticipate what might grow. 3. The next day, the seeds have sprouted into tall, colorful flowers with heart-shaped petals, each labeled with kind words like "Help," "Share," and "Smile." The flowers grow brighter with every act of kindness they perform. 4. As the flowers flourish, other children join in by planting their own Seeds of Kindness. The empty field transforms into a beautiful, vibrant garden, becoming a place where everyone gathers to share kindness and help one another.

Percy’s feathers fluttered with excitement. Just then, Bhaunkoo started barking loudly from below, “Bhaun, Bhaun!” Page 6: Caw-Caw got scared by Bhaunkoo’s barking. He cawed, “Kaanv, Kaanv!” and opened his beak. The roti slipped out and fell down.. Page 7: The roti landed in the middle of the courtyard. Quick as a flash, Bhaunkoo ran over and grabbed the roti. "Bhaunkoo, you got it back!" Kamal cheered. Page 8: Everyone watched as Bhaunkoo enjoyed his roti. Monty, Caw-Caw, and Percy felt sorry for taking the roti. They learned that sharing is much nicer. Page 9: From that day on, Monty, Caw-Caw, and Percy decided to be kind and share with each other. Page 10: And so, Kamal, Bhaunkoo, Monty, Caw-Caw, and Percy became good friends. But Sere, oh dear, started to play, with his food, not eating it right away. In his hands, a muffin and melon so cool, in his imagination, he was nobody's fool. "So we meet again, Dr. Cavity," he declared, as into his daydream, he boldly dared. As Super Sere, with a cape so grand, he'd save kids from unhealthy food in the land. Mangoes gave him X-ray vision so keen, to see through the sugar that Dr. Cavity would scheme. Oranges, strawberries, and kiwi so bright, brought vitamin C to heal, with all their might. Berries, for speed to defeat Dr. Cavity's fuss, against sugar-filled cereals, and foods so unjust. But back in the real world, he heard a call, "The bus is here!" – it was time to enthrall. He grabbed an orange, berries in a dash, and off to the bus, he'd quickly flash. Energized and eager, for the day ahead, his lunch bag adventures, no one could dread. For Sere was a hero, fighting the good fight, making healthy choices, morning and night. The end of this tale, with lessons quite clear, choose healthy foods, have no fear. Be a superhero, just like Sere, and your body and mind will always be in the clear”
