Monster has a difficult time keeping his voice at in indoor level. The kids around him don't like to have him in their group because he's too loud. The teacher teaches monster that there are times when a big voice can be used, like on the playground, but there are times when an indoor level 2 voice should be used, like during group work and classtime. Monster works hard at keeping his voice low but he has a tough time until the third try when finally he learns to keep his voice an indoor voice.

Bella was 5 years old today! Not only was she excited that it was her birthday, she was looking forward to starting school soon. "Happy Birthday Bella Boo!" shouted mom. Bella pitched her mom the idea. That's a great idea! Your dad would be so proud of you for helping her and giving her your new backpack. What else can we do? maybe fill it with fun things? Bella's mom suggested she fill the backpack with newer or lightly used items Hazel can use to learn, to make her happy when she is sad, to calm down when she is angry, to help her when she is scared. In order to deal with her many emotions, Hazel could use different types of things. Hazel can use the books and drawing toy Bella brought back from her room. Red panda she can hug at night when she's scared. Maracas she can play when she's happy or wants to sing and dance.

Mr. Smith tells him that if you put a portion of your money towards a Roth IRA account his money will grow on accrued interest. Harvey was confused at first and so was sparky. Mr. Smith found a beautiful and easy story that he used as an analogy to explain to Harvey what a Roth IRA account is and how does money grow. His retirement account will be worth a lot of money and Harvey decides to listen to his boss. He decided to put 20 dollars every week. After 4 months he had about 355 dollars, which is 35 dollars more than he contributed. He was so happy that his money grew and was happy with his investment. Sparky was also happy.
