I am Luca. I am four years old, and I just started Kindy. It is exciting, but also a little bit scary. There are so many new things—new teachers, new friends, and a big new playground! Every morning, my grown-up walks me to the Kindy room. Some days, I feel happy. Other days, I feel nervous and want to stay longer. When I feel worried, my tummy feels funny, and I want to cry. Mrs. Kubicek showed me the Zones of Regulation chart. She told me feeling worried is the blue zone, and that it is okay. To feel better, I can take deep breaths, press my hug button, or give a big hug before saying, “See you later!” When I miss my family, I remember that they love me always, and I will see them again soon when I get home. This helps me feel safe. When I get to the Kindy room, I put my bag, crunch and sip, and water bottle in their places. This helps me get ready for the day. Before Kindy starts, I can play with the trucks and puzzles. Sometimes, I do this with Mum or Dad before they say goodbye. That helps me feel braver. Recess and Lunch At recess, all the children go outside to eat and play. I feel nervous and stay near the wall. Mrs. Kubicek notices and says, “Luca, would you like to sit with Milani and Bodhi?” I nod. Milani and Bodhi smile and say, “Come sit with us!” That makes me feel good inside. I move into the green zone—calm and happy! Sometimes, I want to stay with Mrs. Kubicek at recess and lunch. But when she leaves, I feel sad. She reminds me that it is important to play with my friends. I take a deep breath, press my hug button, and find Milani and Bodhi. Once I start playing, I feel much better! At the end of the day, I pack my bag and sit on the mat. When I see my grown-up waiting, I run to give them a big hug. “How was your day?” they ask.I smile and say, “I played with Milani and Bodhi.” Each day, I feel a little braver. Its colors return—red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Rainbow Land rejoices as the light breaks through. Maya and Pablo sing happily because their teamwork brings back harmony. “By helping each other,” says Maya with cheer. Pablo replies, “We can overcome any challenge or fear!” The animals dance beneath the sky’s hue; the rainbow is back—its colors anew! My family says it can help us in this winter, but i don’t kno where it is.” Scene 3 When Shopie heard Finn’s words, Shopie immediately wanted to help Finn to find The Heart of The Forest. They walked into the forest, Shopie climbed trees to look around, and Finn used his nose to search for clues. Scene 4 They ran toward the light and found a small peaceful grove. In the middle, they saw a glowing ball floating above a clear spring. “So pretty!” Shopie said. Scene 5 A soft spoken voice spoke “The Heart of The Forest helps those who care for the woods. Protect the forest, and it will protect you.” “We will,” Finn said. Scene 6 As they left, the forest felt warmer and brighter. Shopie bounced around happily. “See? We found it!” she said. Finn smiled. "Thank you, Sophie. I couldn’t have done it without you." Scene 7 From that day on, Sophie and Finn became best friends, always looking after the forest and each other.

Mr. Smith continues to explain Friedrich Nietzsche's main philosophical concept which is based on two figures in ancient Greek mythology Apollo and Dionysus. Mr. Smith also said that Nietzsche found in classical Athenian tragedy an art form that transcended the pessimism found in the so-called wisdom of Silenus. The Greek spectators, by looking into the abyss of human suffering depicted by characters on stage, passionately and joyously affirmed life, finding it worth living. The main theme in The Birth of Tragedy is that the fusion of Dionysian and Apollonian Kunsttriebe ("artistic impulses") forms dramatic arts or tragedies. He argued that this fusion has not been achieved since the ancient Greek tragedians. Apollo represents harmony, progress, clarity, logic and the principle of individuation, whereas Dionysus represents disorder, intoxication, emotion, ecstasy and unity (hence the omission of the principle of individuation). Nietzsche used these two forces because, for him, the world of mind and order on one side, and passion and chaos on the other, formed principles that were fundamental to the Greek culture: the Apollonian a dreaming state, full of illusions; and Dionysian a state of intoxication, representing the liberations of instinct and dissolution of boundaries. In this mould, a man appears as the satyr. Harvey felt so empowered and understood what Nietzsche meant; life is full of suffering and chaos and hard work and that's where we should find enjoyment and happiness by valuing what is most worth to us.
