The story is about two plastic tubs called Tub 1 & Tub 2. The tubs are used to store clothes. 2. The tubs don't know how special they are, they think they are just used to store people's stuff. 3. One day they discovered they were more than that when a person called Phil arrived at their house on the beach. 4. Phil was visiting the tropical island for two months. 5. All of his possessions fitted into the two tubs. 6. When Phil was packing his clothes into the tubs, he was thinking how much stuff he had left behind at home. He was also thinking of little he needed on his visit to the tropical island. 7. Each day as Phil took out something to wear he reflected on what it felt like to live with so little. 8. It felt good. Phil felt free! Life was simple and uncluttered. 9. Little did the tubs know that they had become a symbol of a new way of living for Phil. 10. They had taught Phil a very important lesson, to not collect to much stuff but to live simply.

Page 7: On Christmas morning, the elf would go, To rest with Santa in the North Pole snow. But the gnomes would stay for one more night, Until the last Hanukkah candle shone bright. Page 8: This house was now special, filled with two kinds of cheer, A blend of traditions to celebrate the year. The fox sighed. “We have places to go, so I suppose you can ride on my back.” Excited, Gypsy-Rose climbed on, and they sped through the trees. Along the way, they met the fox’s friends—a wise old owl, a towering moose, and a deer with magnificent antlers. When she heard howling, she shivered, but the fox reassured her. “That’s Fenrir, our protector.” A beautiful wolf appeared and led the way deeper into the forest. “Where are we going?” Gypsy-Rose asked, but the fox only grinned. Suddenly, the trees opened up to reveal a hidden winter wonderland. A frozen lake sparkled under the stars, and in the center stood a giant glowing tree. Tiny fairies fluttered around it, their wings shimmering like frost. “This is the Heart of the Winter Forest,” the fox said. “Only those who believe in magic can find it.” Warm lights glowed inside the tree, and the air smelled of chocolate and cinnamon. Little creatures with fluffy white fur brought out steaming mugs and delicious treats. Gypsy-Rose sat with her new friends, sipping hot chocolate, feeling warm and happy inside. She had found something more than adventure—she had found magic.
