The Talking Toy In the small, snowy town of Everpine, Meghan and her friends—Lila, Sam, and Benny—were playing near the park when Meghan spotted something under a bench. Someone’s probably really sad without it.” Her friends groaned, but Meghan was determined. “We’ll find the owner and return it before Christmas,” she declared. They wandered the snowy streets, putting up posters and asking neighbors, shopkeepers, and passersby. “Anyone lose a toy?” Benny would ask, holding it up. No one recognized it. By the fourth day, hope dwindled, but Meghan refused to give up. The Grumpy Shopkeeper Outside Suthie’s General Store, the kids hesitated. Mr. Suthie had a reputation for being mean. “We shouldn’t go here,” Sam whispered. “Every place counts,” Meghan said, her voice firm. When Meghan approached the shop’s bulletin board, the door creaked open, and Mr. Suthie appeared. “What are you kids doing?” he barked. Meghan explained nervously. Mr. Suthie frowned but surprised them by saying, “Put it up. Make it neat.” “You’re doing a good thing,” he added, his voice softening. “People don’t care about small things anymore.” The kids were speechless but thanked him before moving on. Finding Ethan Days later, outside the town’s church, they saw a boy staring at the Christmas rehearsal through frosty glass. Meghan approached. “Are you okay?” The boy, Ethan, nodded hesitantly. “I… lost something important.” Meghan held up the toy. “Is this it?” Ethan’s eyes lit up. “It’s mine! My sister made it for me before she moved away.” Meghan pressed the button: Merry Christmas, Ethan!

V Svetem pismu beremo, kaj se je zgodilo na enem od teh potovanj. 2 Ko je bil Jezus star dvanajst let, je prvič smel iti tudi on zraven. Skupaj s starši, Jožefom in Marijo, ter sosedi so se odpravili v Jeruzalem. Do tja so hodili tri dni. 3 Ko so prispeli v Jeruzalem, je bil Jezus prevzet od veselja, da je končno v hiši svojega Očeta. 4 Ko je bil čas za odhod domov, je Jezus ostal v templju, ne da bi njegovi starši to opazili. Marija in Jožef sta mislila, da je Jezus pri popotni druščini skupaj s svojimi prijatelji. 5 Jezus pa se je medtem v templju pogovarjal z učitelji postave. Učitelji so mu postavljali vprašanja in se čudili njegovi modrosti. Bili so presenečeni, kako ta deček pozna in razume vse, kar je zapisano v Svetem pismu! 6 Ko sta bila Jožef in Marija že ves dan na poti domov, sta proti večeru začela iskati Jezusa. Spraševala sta pri vseh sorodnikih in znancih, a nihče ni vedel, kje je Jezus. Medtem, ko so se druge družine odpravljale k počitku, sta se Jožef in Marija v velikih skrbeh podala nazaj proti Jeruzalemu. 7 Vso dolgo noč sta hodila in naslednje jutro, utrujena in neprespana, iskala Jezusa po mestu. Končno sta ga našla v templju in njegova mama mu je rekla: »OTROK, ZAKAJ SI NAMA TO STORIL? V VELIKIH SKRBEH SVA TE ISKALA?« 8 »KAKO DA STA ME ISKALA? MAR NISTA VEDELA, DA MORAM BITI V HIŠI SVOJEGA OČETA?« je odgovoril Jezus. 9 Potem se je Jezus vrnil z njima nazaj domov v Nazaret, saj je vedno poslušal svoje starše in jih ubogal. 10 Njegova mama Marija je vse, kar se je zgodilo, ohranila in premišljevala v svojem srcu. Jezus pa je rastel in bil vedno bolj moder in priljubljen pri Bogu in pri ljudeh.

Rosie is a blue and white 8 year old pitbull. She has bounced around from home to home 3 times, all were not a fit, at some she was not treated well and one let her go to roam the streets. Her foster family brought her into their home and fell in love and adopted her. She now has 2 small blue blind pitbull sisters Luna and Lily and she snuggles, sleeps and gives kisses all day and is living her happy forever family life.

1. John Jr and Vasi was very excited to go and see the Cleveland Guardians play against the Cincinnati Reds. They arrived at Progressive Field in Cleveland. John Jr handed his ticket and all the sudden there was a bunch of commotion. John Jr and Vasi seemed confused. 2. A few of the Cleveland Guardian players surrounded John Jr and Vasi. They told John Jr that he was the lucky ticket holder that gets to play for the Guardians. John Jr was excited but explained that Vasi had to come along as well. The players agreed. 3. John Jr and Vasi was escorted to the dugout where the players all sit.John Jr was a fan of baseball, but never played it all that much. He told a few of the players about this and they decided to try to teach him how touse a bat. John Jr practiced how to use a bat while Vasi pitched a ball at him. 4. The game was going well for the Cleveland Guardians. The time came for John Jr to go up and bat. The first pitch, John Jr swung too high and missed the ball. The second pitch, John Jr was focused and hit the ball far out in right field. John Jr took off running and made it safely to 2nd base. 5. The next batter came out. He ended up sending the ball into the bleachers and made a home run. John Jr and that batter both made it back to the home plate safely. 6. John Jr returned back to dugout and all the teammates gathered around to praise him for a good job. The players give John Jr and Vasi a souvenir of the Guardians as an appreciation token. The Guardians beat the Reds and the game was over. 7. John Jr and Vasi leaves Progressive Field and head home. John Jr and Vasi talk about how fun it was all the way home.
