Turns out, he accidentally dialed the police, fearing my wrath more than the authorities. The phone blared again – it was Grandpa, worried about the police and firefighters outside our house! Apparently, our identically numbered neighbor had the "fire." Chaos ensued as Dad received a call about the false alarm. Terrified, we hid until the police arrived. A sheepish apology letter later, and all was (mostly) forgiven. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we laughed about the crazy day. It was a scary mix-up, but a hilarious reminder of the importance of honesty and communication. And maybe double-checking the house number before dialing 100.

Hebe went on holiday to Wuhan in China with her mom and dad. They wanted to see the cherry blossoms, but they had already fallen off because of the heavy rain. They changed their minds and decided to stay in the Plaza which was the biggest Plaza in Asia, called WS Dream Plaza. they also went to Tomica, which is an arcade where you win tickets and exchange the tickets for prizes. the more tickets you have, the bigger the prize you can get . They also went to Dream Park, which is an amusement park. it has Spinning tea cups, merry-go-rounds and lots of games to win toys, they have a big ball pit with lots of different coloured balls. Hebe won a penguin dressed as Pikachu from Pokémon. Hebe also visited the yellow crane tower. Hebe went to the snow park to play and ski in the snow. Hebe took photos with her mom, Elfee, dressed in Traditional Chinese clothes called Hanfu

Ellie the Elephant was small, but she dreamed of being big and strong like the tall trees in the jungle. One day, she tried to move a big rock, thinking it would make her strong like the big elephants. But the rock wouldn’t budge, and Ellie felt sad. Max the Monkey saw her and said, “You don’t need to be like the big elephants. Everyone has something special!” Max pointed to Gigi the Giraffe and Zane the Zebra, showing Ellie that each friend had their own strength. Ellie thought for a moment, then tried pushing the rock with her trunk. This time, she moved it just enough to walk around it. “Look! I did it!” she cheered. Her friends clapped and cheered, and Ellie realized she didn’t need to be big like the others. She was strong in her own way. Ellie played with her friends, swinging from vines, racing, and helping Gigi get leaves. She felt proud of herself for being just who she was. In the end, Ellie learned that being herself was the best thing of all. She was perfect just the way she was. Lesson: It’s okay to be different; everyone is special in their own way!

Bella was 5 years old today! Not only was she excited that it was her birthday, she was looking forward to starting school soon. "Happy Birthday Bella Boo!" shouted mom. She loved her new backpack and couldn't wait to take it to school and show her friends. Bella and her mom visited a homeless shelter later that day as it was tradition every year on her birthday. Her dad loved helping people and volunteering at the shelter. The mom was very grateful for the duffel bag. Hazel, her young daughter, was very shy and hid behind her mom and held tightly to her coat. Her face looked sad. Bella,asked what can you do to make Hazel smile? That's when she remembered Hazel's old backpack. There were holes in the backpack. Could Bella give Hazel the pink unicorn backpack she got for her birthday? Bella can use last year's backpack. No need for a new one. It's not ripped, just a little old. Bella pitched her mom the idea. That's a great idea! Your dad would be so proud of you for helping her and giving her your new backpack. What else can we do? maybe fill it with fun things? Bella's mom suggested she fill the backpack with newer or lightly used items Hazel can use to learn, to make her happy when she is sad, to calm down when she is angry, to help her when she is scared. In order to deal with her many emotions, Hazel could use different types of things. Hazel can use the books and drawing toy Bella brought back from her room. Red panda she can hug at night when she's scared. Maracas she can play when she's happy or wants to sing and dance.
