في قرية صغيرة وادعة بالقرب من غابة كثيفة، عاش صديقان صغيران، سراج وجنيد. عُرفا بحبهما لاستكشاف العالم من حولهما ومساعدة الآخرين. عندما علم أهل القرية أن وحشًا قد أقام في أحد الكهوف القريبة وسد النهر الذي يغذي أراضيهم، قرر سراج وجنيد التدخل بموافقة أسرهم ودعم مجتمعهما، ملتزمين بأمان الجميع وبقيم التعاون. الرحلة نحو الكهف جهّز الصديقان أدوات بسيطة غير مؤذية؛ سيف خشبي ومقلاع صغير. في الطريق، وجدا سنجابًا عالقًا في شجيرة أشواك، فساعداه بعناية. شكرهما السنجاب بجوزة صغيرة، احتفظ بها سراج بحذر. مواجهة الوحش وصل الصديقان إلى الكهف. خرج الوحش، كبير الحجم وذا عينين متوهجتين، وسألهما بصوت عالٍ: "لماذا أتيتما؟" قال سراج: "جئنا لنطلب منك بلطف أن تترك هذا المكان لأنك تؤثر على قريتنا." ضحك الوحش وقال: "إذا أردتما رحيلي، فعليكما حل ثلاثة ألغاز." وافقا بعد أن شرح الوحش القواعد بوضوح. اللغر الأول: "أنا لست حيًا، لكنني أنمو. لا أملك رئتين، لكنني أحتاج إلى الهواء. من أكون؟" أجاب سراج: "النار." اللغر الثاني: "كلما أخذت مني، تركت المزيد خلفك. من أكون؟" أجاب سراج: "الخطوات." اللغر الثالث: "ما له جذور لا تُرى، أطول من الأشجار، ولا ينمو؟" أجاب جنيد: "الجبل." رغم غضبه، احترم الوحش التزامهما بالقواعد وقال: "لقد نجحتم. ولكن يجب أن تثبتوا شجاعتكم!" نهاية التحدي هاجم الوحش بطريقة محكومة وغير مؤذية، حيث كان هدفه اختبار ذكاءهما. أطلق سراج الجوزة التي قدمها السنجاب بمقلاعه. عند ملامستها الوحش، نمت شجرة سحرية وقيّدته. قال الوحش: "أثبتما شجاعتما وذكاءكما. سأغادر بسلام." احتفال القرية عاد النهر يتدفق، واحتفل أهل القرية بعودة الحياة الطبيعية. أصبح سراج وجنيد مثالاً يُحتذى بهما في التعاون والذكاء، وأظهر الجميع احترامًا للقيم الأخلاقية التي ساهمت في تحقيق السلام.

Once upon a time, there were two children named Audrey and Daniel. Their dad loved fishing more than anything! One sunny day, Dad packed up his fishing gear and took Audrey, Daniel, and their Jack Russell terrier, Butch, down to the creek for a day of fishing fun. Butch, of course, was excited for a swim. Dad helped Audrey and Daniel set up their fishing lines. First, Audrey caught a small carp! She was so excited, she jumped up and down. Then, Dad hooked the biggest fish Audrey and Daniel had ever seen – a huge cod! He shouted to Daniel, "Grab the net!" The 4kg cod was a monster! "Fish and chips tonight!" Audrey exclaimed. Poor Daniel! The fish kept stealing the bait right off his hook. Hours passed, and Dad and Audrey caught lots of fish. They started to pack up, but Daniel was determined. "Even if I have to stay all night," he declared, "I'm going to catch a fish!" Just then, Daniel's line started to zip! "Get it! Get it!" Dad yelled. Daniel pulled and pulled, and up came a beautiful barramundi – almost bigger than Daniel himself! He had caught the biggest fish of the day! Dad was super proud of Audrey and Daniel. They were fishing masters! They went home smelling strongly of fish. "You better go clean up!" Mum said, "I'm not letting those stinky fish monsters back in the house!" After a good scrub, it was time for dinner. Dad cooked the delicious fish on the barbie, and told them stories of his amazing fishing adventures. He promised their next trip would be on a boat! Audrey and Daniel couldn't wait for their next big fishing adventure with their dad.

So the next night, after dinner, I sneak them into bed. ‘Hi, Mr. Monster!’ I whisper, even though I’m still scared. ‘I brought you cookies…. And Ted, I’ll leave them here if you're hungry, but Ted is for cuddling, not eating!” “The next night, I hear it again: ‘Scratch, grrrrr, scratch!’. But this time I’m ready! I peek over the edge of the bed and wait.” “And then… I see it! A little nose pokes out, sniffing at the cookies, and then… a fat fluffy body and long fluffy tail! It’s not a monster at all! It’s my cat, Oscar!” “Oscar creeps from under the bed, stretches and hops right into my lap! I can’t believe it. The monster was my cat all along!” “Now, every night when I hear scratching under the bed, I smile because I know it’s not a monster. It’s just my cat, and he’s my friend now.” “Now, instead of getting scared, I just pat the bed and say, ‘Come on out, Oscar!’ And he does. Max would chase after him on his scooter, laughing as Turbo always took the lead. One day, they decided to explore a new path in the park. Inside the tunnel, they found themselves in a magical world where animals could talk, and the trees whispered secrets to each other. Turbo, excited to chat, made friends with a wise old owl named Oliver, who challenged him to a race around the enchanted lake. The race began, and all the animals gathered to watch. Max cheered loudly for Turbo. Around and around they went, Turbo on his skateboard and Oliver swooping through the air. It was a close race, but in the end, Turbo’s speed on wheels won the day! The animals celebrated Turbo and Max with a grand feast, where they shared stories and laughed until the stars came out. When it was time to go home, Oliver gave Max a special acorn as a souvenir, which he promised would bring them back to the magical world whenever they wished. Max and Turbo returned to their town, but they never forgot their adventure. From that day on, Turbo’s skateboard races became even faster, and Max’s smile even brighter, knowing they had a magical friend just a tunnel away. And every now and then, they’d sneak back to the park, hoping to find the tunnel and visit their enchanted friends once again.
